Healthcare insurance policies are being revised rapidly these days, and many employers are changing plans frequently. Please take time to read your current plan carefully so that you know your policy’s rules and limitations. The staff in our office will be glad to help with any problems or questions that arise. Because we are specialists, many policies require that you have a referral to our office from you primary care physician or they will not cover our services. If that applies to your policy, we cannot see you without a referral. Please call ahead to check on these details.

Our office will be glad to bill your insurance company for service rendered by our physicians. You will be responsible for paying any co-payment amount at the time of service. Patients without medical insurance coverage will be required to pay for services at the time of their visit.
